Firstly, we're sorry for the lack of posts recently. Laura hasn't slept properly in about a month and it's really starting to take it's toll so i've been giving a lot more snuggles. We've noted it thought and we'll make more of an effort to keep up with the posts, we've got a couple of good M.E ones scheduled for next week!
Anyway, because of how Laura's felt i just made some energy boosting granola. I know, i know.. It's been done before.. But it's so nice you can make it again ;)
This time it's even healthier! We added Chia seeds, they're a super seed, super good for you, ya' know? They have barely any flavour so you won't notice they're there. We used the same basic recipe and just changed the seeds, nuts and fruit. Bon appétit.
