Wholemeal rolls (makes 6)
2 cups strong wholemeal flour
1 1/4 strong white flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp almond milk
2 tbsp butter alternative melted
1 1/4 cups water
1 1/2 tsp fast action yeast
- Mix together to form dough.
- Flour surface, place dough and knead for 10 minutes.
- Lightly grease a baking tray.
- Form dough into 6 balls then place on baking tray and leave to rise until doubled in size
- Once doubled, bake for approximately 15-20 minutes on gas mark 4.
